Learning a language is a process that varies from individual to individual and we do not guarantee that you will reach any particular level of competence or that you will be able to pass any particular test as success ultimately resides in you, the student's effort and hard work and innate abilities at acquiring language competence. The school cannot be held responsible for your lack of progress. 3. Fees are to be generally to be paid monthly, on time, and they cannot be refunded for whatever reason unless especially and uniquely agreed upon by EVE 英会話. 4. In any circumstance the maximum compensation to be claimed against EVE 英会話スクール by a litigator due to whatever circumstance will be ￥1,000 (one thousand Japanese Yen). 5. Any good faith and legitimate claims against EVE 英会話スクール should first be brought to the school in writing. If satisfaction cannot be reached after negotiation then a rest period of 6 months is required. Arbitration is then to be initiated. The school cannot be held responsible for actions that occur outside of its control: these include but are not limited to, weather events, lightning strikes, earthquakes, intrusions, attacks, war, and misinformation. 6. EVE 英会話スクール makes every effort to ensure a safe and pleasant location for study. Accidents at school and during lessons that may nevertheless occur are not grounds for litigation against the school, its officers or agents.
